Coccivet – Treatment for Coccidiosis in Birds
Coccidiosis is a parasitic disease caused by Coccidia, a protozoan parasite that affects the intestinal tract of birds. This disease is transmitted through faeces and can survive dormant in the environment for up to 12 months. In hot, damp conditions, Coccidia become active and can infect birds when ingested, leading to serious health concerns.
