Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our returns policy carefully. 

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days to request a return/refund from date of purchase. 

2. Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return -

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  •  If the item is being returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or any reason other than defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended you opt for a tracked service. 
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please contact us via email at sales@parrotsupplies.com.au within the 30-day window. Our team will assist you in discussing the return/exchange options and provide instructions for return. 

 

5. Sale Items

Sale items are exempt from refunds or exchanges except at the discretion of PSA management. 


6. Leg Rings

We do not offer refunds or replacements for leg rings that are lost in transit if registered post is not chosen

We do not offer exchanges for leg rings that do not fit. Please ensure you choose the correct size before making a purchase. Refunds will only be provided if the rings are unused and returned in their original condition.
