In most instances, If your order is placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, it will leave the same day (couriers pending). If your order is placed after 12pm, we will ship the next day, please note we do our very best to try and uphold this guarantee however with the growing amount of orders sometimes it is not possible to get them all out in the one day so orders are posted from earliest to latest.
Please note - flat rate shipping is calculated automatically per item, if you believe the shipping charge you have received is too high please contact the store to arrange a custom shipping quote. Your preferred delivery method may not always be available when flat rate shipping is charged.
Pick-Up In Store:
All pick-up in store orders will be available after one hour of the order going through, subject to opening hours.
WA and NT Customers.
Please select custom freight quote, you will be sent a freight invoice separately for payment. You will be given 7 days to pay this amount. If you do not pay this invoice, or make contact regarding it, after 7 days your order will be refunded less 10% of the order amount restocking fee.
PO BOX/Parcel locker Delivery.
If you request PO Box Delivery additional rates may apply.
Please note, Parrot Supplies Australia and the Parrot Society of Australia reserves the right to cancel and refund any order in which excessive freight charges render the order non-viable. In such instances customers will be contacted to discuss alternative or custom freight arrangements.
