Dosage Guidelines:

Maintenance Dose (Daily Use):

• Water: Add 1g of Synbiotic to 1L of clean drinking water.

Stress Dose (Post-antibiotics or during digestive upset):

• Water: Add 2g of Synbiotic to 1L of clean drinking water.
