Triple C Antibiotic Powder is designed to treat bacterial infections in ornamental birds, including parrots, finches, pigeons, and other species.

- Treatment requires the removal of all sources of calcium (including supplements, shell grit, and cuttlefish bone) to ensure effectiveness.
- At the end of the treatment, gut flora should be re-established using Synbiotic.
Directions for Use:
Restraints:
- Not to be used on birds intended for human consumption.
Dosage and Administration:
Parrots:
- 5.0g per 1L of water (1 tsp per qt)
Finch/Pigeon:
- 2.5g per 1L of water (½ tsp per qt)
All Ornamental Birds:
- 5.0g per kg in dry food (½ oz per 6 lb)
All Ornamental Birds:
- 10g per kg in hand rearing food (1 oz per 6 lb)
Administration:
- Remove all sources of unmedicated water and prepare fresh solutions daily.
- Remove sources of grit and calcium for the duration of treatment.
- Supply medicated water for 5-7 days (up to 45 days for Psittacosis) in glass, glazed, or plastic containers.
Storage:
- Store in a dry area below 30°C (room temperature).
Expiry:
- 1 year from date of manufacture.
